Farcry 2

Sorry for inconveniences, I know this could also be in FPS and RPG, but I have it on PS3, so I posted it here.

This topic is about Ubisoft's Farcry 2. Farcry, in my opinion, is an amazing game. There nothing better than pulling out your flamer and burning a few Africans (Please don't take this as an offence, I have no intention of racism and I'm am in no way rascist, that's the people that live in Africa....).
The fire effects are truly amazing:




The way the flames spread is stunning. Ubisoft has clearly aqcuired an amazing game engine here, so why didn't they use it on Prince of Persia?

What are your thoughts?

flame efeects are stunning and there aint nothing better than going hunting with my sniper rifle to shoot some zebras.

Amen to that!!!!! although I prefer shooting people with it XD, or just going with a flamer into the main city and killing everyone!!!! lol

Well okay. But i'm thinking more of the olden style of hunting.

However, one thing i would like to have seen is that of a Co-Op or freeroam on the singleplayer map. E.g. going out the the desert sniping some Ox and Zebras.

I liked how the RPGs and Grenade Launcher rounds actually exist. Me and a mate shot an RPG in the air as part of some strange and erotic victory dance but then BOOM it came back down again!

"RPG's and launchers come back down"......Unlike most games, I think they make the grenade launchers come back in most games, but the RPG's always end up disappearing into the sky lol.

I'm not sure, I think they come back down in cod 5, can't remember for cod 4
